We source our coffee from nearly every coffee producing country to create the perfect selection for you to enjoy at home.
Our team of experts hand roast these coffees to bring out their unique characteristics and blend them together to bring a unique and balanced flavour for you to enjoy.

Our coffees are omni-roasted meaning they're perfect to use in professional home coffee machines and filter brewing methods. You can choose all of our coffees in whole bean or ground for specific brewing methods.
Here you will find a selection of coffee bags, coffee blends, single origins and seasonal coffees. Seasonal coffee means buying the green coffee as soon as it is harvested, getting it shipped as quickly as possible then roast and use it within 4-6 months. This means you will always have the freshest most complex tasting coffee to showcase the farm we are purchasing from. Our seasonal coffees rotate throughout the year.

La Bastilla Estate, Nicaragua

This seasonal coffee from La Bastilla Estate has complex aromas, vibrant acidity and notes blueberry, pineapple & honey.

La Bastilla farm is situated approximately 20 kilometres away from Jinotega, and is adjacent to the Datanli el Diablo nature reserve, which is an important biological reserve in the Jinotega area.

The farm, run by Markus Fischer is characterised by it's micro climates, its shade trees and its volcanic soil help produce very special coffee qualities. At the fully
integrated wet and dry processing plant of La Bastilla Estate, they differentiate the coffees harvested from different farm sections or different varieties with 4 different processes.
La Bastilla is located in an extremely rural area, with the closest official school located 6km away. That is why they've built a small school for the children of their employees in 2003. Currently they have more than 200 students attending all grades from pre-school, primary and secondary school, and employ 6 teachers.

14 is a complex blend which is has the perfect balance of fruitiness and body. A medium roasted coffee which shows the character of all the origins we’ve used to develop it.

    18 Speciality Blend - Brazil, Sumatra & Kenya

    18 is made with some of the best coffees from around the world. Using only speciality grade arabica this coffee is likely to be the best coffee you have tasted with milk, it is extremely moreish and will make you want cup after cup.

    Huila, Western Colombia - Single Origin

    This beautiful single origin from the Huila region in western Colombia is wonderfully bright and fruity with notes of toffee apple, blackcurrants and has great sweetness.

  • In 1963 Cafedhuila evolved as an initiative to market dry parchment coffee for the producers of Huila. The organisation of small producers formed into a cooperative entity that represented their interests. Since 1963 Cafedhuila have aim to transfer the highest possible price to the coffee growers and support training, funding and ongoing investment in the Huila coffee sector.
    Huila’s landscape is mountainous supporting a variation in climate along with a nitrogen rich soil, making it ideal for growing coffees

    Bener Meriah, Sumatra - Seasonal Coffee

    This beautiful seasonal from Bener Meriah in northern Sumatra is presented with flavours of candied sweetness with a syrupy mouthfeel and notes of forest fruits and almonds.

    Bener Meriah is a lush mountains area. Coffee farms are inter-cropped with other cash crops such as pepper and jackfruit.
    The country is famed for the farmers version of ‘Giling Basah’ coffee processing. Many still prize the distinctive taste profile from Sumatran semi-washed coffees. The current processing methods are now refined and accentuate a more complex profile.
    The cooperative members have pro-actively worked on investing their premiums received over the last decade into a number of social and environmental projects. Gender equity programmes saw the creation of women’s coffees for female headed households and micro credit courses to support business investments outside their coffee income.

    Why our Coffee always tastes so good

    It takes 4-5 years from planting before coffee cherries are ripe and ready for harvest, then a further 6 months before they're in our cup. We believe that all coffee deserves some respect, that's why we go to such lengths to ensure our coffee is the best it can be.
