The Coffee and Tea Academy was created as a centre for people with a passion for making the finest coffee and tea. Our trainers are certified baristas and above all coffee enthusiasts, between them, they have over 50 years of experience in the coffee industry from working in the best coffee shops around the world to opening cafes and managing a team of baristas.

Courses On Offer

– Home Barista.

½ Day course approx. 4 – 5 hours

Designed for home coffee enthusiasts. The aim is to teach you how to make coffee at home like a pro, we will cover all café style beverages and a seasonal drink to wow all of your friends and guests.

– Introduction to Coffee.

½ Day course approx. 4 – 5 hours. This course is designed to give you the essential barista skills you need to get started on your new exciting career in the coffee world.

– Latte Art Course.

½ Day course approx. 4 – 5 hours

We’ve designed this course for baristas who understand milk texturing well but struggle to get a consistent latte art design.

– History of Coffee and Barista Skills.

Full Day Course approx. 8 -9 hours

This Course is aimed at baristas who are looking to improve their skills and gain more knowledge. It is designed to leave you with a deeper understanding of what makes a great espresso-based coffee and the skills to deliver it.
