Returns and Shipping policy
At Coffee Perfection all of our products are handled with the upmost care and attention. If some reason you receive damaged goods from us, if they arrive in an unacceptable state we are more than happy to accommodate in the following ways.
- If your products have arrived damaged during shipping we are happy to exchange the damaged items up to 15 days from when you had received them. Send a photo of the damage & we will replace your order by return.
- If we request you to return any damaged items to us we will arrange collection & replace your order.
- If you should need to contact us with an update regarding your returned products don’t hesitate to do so on 01-8253981 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org during the above time period.

We aim to get all of our orders delivered within a timely fashion, however please do allow for the following shipping times;
Republic of Ireland please allow 7 – 10 working days
Northern Ireland please allow 7 – 10 working days

Our business times are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm if you place an order on Friday it will be dispatched on our next working day.
